Can anyone recommend a company that offers a fax retrieval service, that can forward on to our company email?

I know there are loads of company’s doing this offering 0870 numbers etc, but we would like to keep using our existing standard fax number if possible.

Thanks

Not sure what you are exactly after but we use the software program 'zetafax/zetadoc' pretty much does everything, mixing and matching email and fax, all from your desktop.

We use http://www.uk2numbers.co.uk/ and find the service pretty good, but our fax number is an 0845 number. I suppose you could set up a divert from your existing fax number but that would add to the running costs.

The service works very well almost all of the time, we have occasional (once or twice a year) problems but they have always been resolved the same day. Faxes appear in our designated inbox as pdf files, which is really convenient for remote access.

I use www.voipfone.co.uk . works OK for the very occasional faxes I get for one of my companies. It's £2.99/month for a geographical number and they have them all from what I can see.

Emails come through as PDF's.

I've used their free service for years and never had a problem with it.

I have used efax.com for well over 8 years with great service - I even followed them during a takeover - and have to say their service is simple, cheap as chips and they have humans you can talk to if you need help!

Another recommendation here for efax, a very good service, though their accounts department leaves something to be desired as they did not bill me for three years!
