When I had a problem with the ECU I was getting Fault Code 4 - EFI fault (in a T350).

Quite common on start-up I believe (especially after the car's been washed). Mine was a bit more serious - but thankfully, now resolved :-)

Can happen when the air temp sensor on the airbox is faulty/damp/disconnected.

If it's only once in a while forget about it
