How did he get all 4 'promoted classifieds' onto the front page of PH? (is he a special friend of Ted?)
How much does it cost to for this? (great publicity, and would consider it myself it was reasonably priced)
Also, I assume he's a trader by the fact that's he's got 4 cars for sale simulateneously (either that, or it's the best garage sale I've ever seen) - does he not have to declare he's a trader? (like most of the other trader advertisers)

The classified featured on the front page is based on the last person to upload a car before the homepage had been updated, and thus the ones below that are the previous ones uploaded. No other factors apart from that.
As to him being a trader, nothing (apart from the lovely collection of cars) points us to him initially being a trader so I have passed this on to Garlcik to investigate.
