Help ....Cant connect TomTom via Orange

Have an Ipaq 5900 that I have been using for 6 months and getting trafic updates via my Vodafone mobile. Has worked well and helped me to bypass a lot of bad trafic at times. However I have just moved to Orange and no matter how I try and set up the connection via bluetooth it will not connect. Go back to Vodafone and it works OK. Its not really an option to stay with Voda as I have no signal where I live and Orange is the only one available. Anyone else out there who is using the trafic services and gets the updates via their Orange mobile?
