Load of old b'lox isn't it. After all, being hit by a car hurts so much less than being hit by a bike. I have to agree with Dern though, More Crap than News is often a source of mis-information.

There simply isn't enough going on in the bike world to sustain a weekly magazine so they just make up a load of old crap. A few years ago some of the regulars planted a invented story on uk.rec.motorcycles specifically to snare work shy MCN journos. They fell for it and printed it as fact suposedly from an industry source. Since then I wouldn't even wipe my arse with it.

That'll be interesting, riding down the road at 20mph, with a queue of cars behind, desperatly trying to squeeze past at and every any chance they get, all wanting to do 30mph.
