I need to get hold of some TomTom maps for my new PDA tommorrow.

Do I go for:

a) TomTom NAVIGATOR 6 - Software & regional maps on memory card
(Detailed maps of your region + the major roads of Western Europe: Door-to-door navigation in your region and cross border navigation to any town in Western Europe.) - £66.79 (From TomTom)

b) TomTom NAVIGATOR 6 - Software & Maps of Western Europe on DVD
(Detailed maps of 20 countries across Western Europe on DVD: Door-to-door navigation in 20 Western European countries. Choose from a combination of regional maps or install one connected map of all of Western Europe on a 1GB memory card (not included)). - £87.02 (From TomTom)

c) TomTom NAVIGATOR 6 Software and Maps UK on Mini SD
(Detailed map of Great Britain on Mini SD: Door-to-door navigation in Great Britain) - £69.33 (From Easydevices.co.uk)

I very much doubt i'm going anywhere near Europe anytime soon so is option a the best one? Or should I get TomTom NAVIGATOR 6 - Software & Maps of Western Europe on DVD from easydevices for £75.20? I have a 2gig MicroSD card for my phone so having the software on a CD is a waste of time. I just wondered why it was more expensive to buy the software on a card then on a DVD!

Cheers,
Phill

Which is unlawful.

I don't get why people BUY dodgy software, if you want to run it - there are places to get it free!

I don' get what you mean, if the software ain't genuine then the crime is the same.

I've got a cracked version of TomTom already but it falls over ocassionally and the maps are out of date. I'm going to be using it a lot so I don't think £80 is bad value.

Exactly, so why pay for the privilege of having dodgy software.
