At the risk of kissing Lewis' ass...

Has anybody seen the banner across the top of the Mclaren homepage?

A very artistic slow-mo of Lewis powersliding an F1 car! Ok its slo-mo so you can't really tell how long it is, but its good enough for me to refresh the page 3 or 4 times to see it again!

Have a look http://www.mclaren.co.uk/ (got to wait for some boring alonso clip to finish 1st wink )

You could at the japanese GP, it was filmed in hi-def!! Amazing and maybe in 2008 more races and ITV digital will show HD sport!

Will we see more of it when they ban traction control or will more drivers spin off?

The current cars would be very difficult to drive without TC as they've been designed around it, akin (but not quite on the same level as) the eurofighter.

Next seasons cars will have to be designed with a bit of slip in mind so hopefully we will see a lot more sideways action (though not too much as it's not the fastest way!)

We just need ITV to actually start broadcasting anything in HD.
