Bernie has voiced his opinion again today saying that customer teams should be banned - sorry Prodrive fans!
I have always agreed that the route that Mad Max wants to take by allowing customer teams to race was the wrong one for F1. Customer teams are fine for all the feeder series, but F1 is the pinnacle after all.
If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen
If Prodrive can't design and build their own car then they do not deserve to be in F1. Same could be said about that second Red Bull team too.
But I have to agree with Bernie here
