Spark plugs?

Was thinking of uprating my spark plugs on my 4.5 98 chimaera and was wondering if there was a preferred brand/type,

or you can use NGK BP7ES no problem(bit cheaper too)dont wander from NGK plugs,in my opinion they are the most reliable plugs along with Denso pure Japanese quality have used both all my career and speak from experience
