6th Gear Driver Experience Day - 20/10/07 - LP640 and Murcie

Hi there,

Headed up to Elvington airfield near York yesterday for the final 6th Gear experience day of 2007.

It was great to see Simons Murcie, Andys Gallardo (still think it looks loads better with the Callistos, although I can see why you keep the standard wheels for days like this), and of course their superb LP640.

This event was a shared day with another driving experience company who bought along a nice 360 Spider, but I have to say that the cars they had on offer did not look anything when compared to the stunning 6th Gear line up (LP640, Murcielago, Gallardo, 360 Challenge Stradale, Aston V8 Vantage and BMW M3 CSL).

Anyway here are a few pics that I took yesterday.

















Lastly my favourite picture of the day, took me a few attempts but I am really pleased with it.

i just finished reading the EVO fastfleet article about the collection of both cars and hoon through Europe, fantastic read! i hope Simon has warmed to the 640 now, it looks sensational!

the second picture really shows the tweaks etc they've made on the 640 over the standard murci.... really does add to the car

..still love 'em both though!
