Urgent help pls

Have a very upset girlfriend who was doing 65 in a 50 witha motorbike tail gating her... camera flashed and she wants to know the chances that it got him and not her... is it common for the tailgating car to be cuaght if also speeding?

No idea who the camera flashed at, but if the bike was that close to her, he may have been obscuring her plate, I guess it depends on where he was positioned on the road - most bikers tend to ride out close to the centre line unless cornering, but you may be lucky. If not, that speed will earn her 3 points, so unless she's on 9 already then she'll be ok

Ladies seem to get more upset about these things ... My wife's only ticket for 36 in a 30 has "cured" her for life from traffic police and she was extremely upset about it all, as the letters are designed to make you feel like a criminal.

She was even more "pleased" when I removed her from my insurance policy as the additional premium on my car was £150 per year for that single "offence".
