Interesting table on the site. Their old Monaro one has been about right too. I think it basically had the same values.

year 3 looks good then - get it right before the warranty runs out and have it all patched up before taking ownership. Mind you looking at list of faults and problems myst has had with his dont know what kind of state the interior is going to be in by then.
