5.0l upgrade

I may have the oportunity to buy a second hand 5.0l griff engine to put in my 98 4.0l Chim. The engine appears to be a complete unit and should be a fairly straight forward swap. I've recently upgraded the suspension to GAZ gold Shocks and intent to upgrade the brakes in the near future. Just wanted to check of the are any other parts that need to be changed on the car.

Sorry if this has been covered bfore, but I've spent the last three hours searching the forums and haven't found an answer.

No, that just about covers it as long as you have included the clutch, garbox, diff, CV+half shafts, ECU etc.

I thought the later cars had all the 500 running gear, just the uprated clutch?
