Chaps...
I just tried to post this as a new thread in RR & Bentley. The thread title shows in the forum page, but then the post looks like it's been removed.
Can you fix it for me?
I'm particularly taken with something of this ilk:

£16,500 here >Dribble<
I've heard they can crack the ton, but is this advisable?
I'd look at keeping the car with a local mechanic during the week for fettling (trusted 110% - He rebuilt a beautiful Aston V8 to concours finish and has been a family friend for 30 years), then take it home at weekends where it would live outside Friday night until Monday morning, when it would be tucked up again for a little tune here, a little polish there etc.
Might even use it for the odd wedding
Couple of questions...
1). Will these still have the 'town and country' AROOOOOOOGGGGAAA horns?
2). Is this top money for this model?
3). Could I get anything sexier for the money (I doubt it, but I'm open to suggestions if anyone has a Silver Ghost lying about)
4). What are they like to drive in everyday conditions? ie: will it be battleship slow, or will it keep up with traffic without a strain? etc...
Looking forward to some replies. I've long wanted a Vintage car, and this seems to offer vintage looks for modern money, with classic reliability. Sounds about perfect.
Having said that... I've just spotted this on the same site for £17,500

I think a Bentley suits my rogue-ish image better though
