Launch date for new sl

Hi,
Does anyone have an idea on when a new model sl will be launched. Presume it must be in the pipeline fairly soon.
Sorry if this has been asked recently.

Independent dealer I bought mine from earlier this month said he's been down to his local main dealer to place an advance order on the new SL. They told him they had no idea when it was scheduled and that they couldn't take the deposit.

How accurate that is I don't know as I haven't checked myself.

BTW are you refering to the face lifted SL caught in numerous spyshots or an all new version?

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of an all new version. Didn't realise there was a new ( second ) facelift on the way.
