Has any one changed the headlight lense on a 95 chim,Im not to sure if I have to force the surround off or if there is a fixing hiding somewhere,I don't have the inspection cover in the wheelarch and I am a bit worried that the surround might crack if forced.

There's two 10mm nuts (often wingnuts)that hold the surround on from underneath. The top of the surround is stuck on with Sikaflex or similar. Access is from the front. If there's a grille fitted you'll have to remove that first.

You do have to be brave with it but it does flex a bit. Get a stanley knife blade and when you've prised it away a little bit insert the blade and slice through the rubber/silicone stuff.
