Bugger thats a shame ,
A chap stopped at a pub to show off his new mx-5 and a chap tells him to do an engine flush , so he buys some synthetic oil goes home , drains the old stuff out refills with warm water and fairy liquid and runs the engine , drains it and repeats the task untill the water comes out clean . oddly enough the engine stops turning over .

Remember the guy with the M3 who used a sock as a temp oil filler cap replacement?

Just had a quick google but can't find it now. It was on a US forum, some guy had filled the engine with sand to "port" it or something - cue much hilarity, never worked out whether it was a joke or not!

There was also an S2000 owner who drilled a hole in his cam cover and inserted a nitrous jet into it.

Oh and a guy who put tyre shine on the tyre treads of his IS200 and unsuprisingly span and crashed it.

For what it's worth. These tales of 'serious contenders for the Darwin Award' periodicaly turn up on Jap chat. There was even a clip of the poor old abused S2k manifold giving up the ghost (both explosively & permanently)after that serious N2O abuse.

evilMWHAHAHA!
