Hello all,

Was wondering if anyone here was in or had dealings with a reputable lettings agency or such like?

I would be looking at a reasonably sized building where I could conduct car repair / garage services. Ideally, the site would not be on an industrial estate but in a prominent local area as to attract passing trade / interest in our services.

As a property developer based in the Midlands I would suggest Colliers CRE as they have a specialist department in Birmingham that deals with the motor trade. They also deal with other commercial uses.
