Strange Peugeot 206 Problem

The car is running jenvey quad throttle bodies among other things.

For a while now when i take my foot off of the throttle and then re-apply it the car seems to hesitate and judder slightly, accelerating the car runs fine but if i try and keep it at a constant speed it judders and hesitates.

I've spoken to Wayne at chip wizards who said it should be a simple fix for him but will need a day off work for me to get there and i could do with out it really, does anyone have any suggestions?
