LCSG - anyone sold to the the public sector through them?

Has anyone used the London Contracts and Supplies group to sell to the public sector? They seem to be well established and used by quite a few of the councils I want to target as well as some other public sector groups I'm interested in.

Their website is a bit short on information (no phone number either!) and I'd like to learn a bit more about them before registering.
