My best friend is looking to expand his mortgage company over the winter months and is looking to sell secured Loans. I did used to have a couple of good data contacts but they seemed to have dried up on supply a little since I last spoke to them...
Is there anyone currently buying any leads of such kind or aware of any contacts who would be able to get a hold of some "fresh" leads..

Thx

Without an excisting client bank, or locam market visibility it will be hard to generate these leads, at first anyway.

Only way to get them easily is to buy them, but that is very hit and miss, and you get loads of useless ones to the odd decent one.

thats what he is looking to do..buy them via a supplier...
But like you say has to be from someone who can get decent leads...is that like asking for the winning lottery ticket though?

Just a bit, some companies are better than others, but half of the leads are people just looking for a quote or dreaming, the other half part time waitresses looking to see if they can afford a £150k house....etc.

We have used PAA leads in the past, not too bad for mortgage leads, but still only a stop gap.

Even PAA reckon that a 30% hit rate on leads is good..... and PAA are one of the better companies in a sea of shit.
My bet is your mate would be better setting up his agencies and then using his existing client bank and local advertising to build the business.

I know it's 30%, and yes they are at the better end of the lot. Just try convincing by boss that on a good day I should be converting up to 30% of them...... biggrin
