I have a couple of parcels sitting in Cheshire that need collecting and delivering to our unit in Norwich.
We generally use a local franchisee for Fastway Couriers but they haven't got a franchisee set up in that area yet so cannot help us.

I am increasingly becoming frustrated due to large areas they cannot cover so would be looking to change. We send out products to customers throughout the UK on average 10-15 packages a week.

Can anyone recommend a good collection/delivery service that would help.

Parcel Farce have lost /damaged too many things to try them again.

Thanks

Kev

www.interparcel.com

Used them a few times, both national and international and they've been great.

My mate sent a small but very important document to Romania last thursday.
On friday we used the consignment number to track it and were very shocked to find it had gone to Madrid. Then by Saturday it had gone to Brussels and stopped until Monday when it moved to Nairobi Kenya.Earlier today we called the carrier company to question the world tour to be told it wll be coming back to Heathrow(where it was sent from on Thursday)and on to Romania. So who is it that gives this fantastic service and value for money, I hear you ask.......DHL.

If it was important, the only way I would send it is by car/plane.
1500 miles, should be done in about a day or a quick flight from heathrow, backed up with DHL if possible.

DHL update, still in Brussels and their customer service dept have no answers.

Don't forget DHL=VFM (based on the miles travelled against price paid)
