I think they look better than the cr*p I've got on now but are they any higher? Hard to tell from puny photo, but only any good if nearside mirror has line of sight over door. And of course where can ya get 'em, and are they a straght swap?

seem OK on that colour, not sure about other colours though. Ditto picture size.

You can buy a variety of mirrors from www.europaspares.com they provide a lot of bits for kit cars and the like, there's more on the catalogue than on the website.

They look similar to the one's I'm thinking of getting. I'm looking at the MGB wing mirrors and they do a "racing" version, which looks like that. They are about £14 each, I'll let you know if they are any good and can be easily swapped. They also appear to do a rear view mirror in chrome which would screw to the frame and not glue onto the screen, I might take a look at that too while I'm there.

They look to me like standard '60s style "racing" mirrors, chrome plated bullet shape. Available from Demon Tweeks, but still no use at all on an S. Mind you, DT do a nice little carbon fibre single seater wing mirror which comes up on a small stalk above the body line.... Hmmmmm

Grrr. Mirrors.. Some twat ripped my driver's mirror off this morning.. Still have it and thanks to Joolz will be fixed tomorrow morning.. Not happy about it. will be fixing a sniper's rifle overlooking the car at this rate..
