Hi,
Recently bought a Tamora (Absolutly amazing) and want to ask a question about the doors.
On both sides when you press the button to open the doors not alot happens.
The door opens on to the First catch and I have to wedge my fingers between the Window (which doesnt come down alot) and roof and press again and pull.
Is this normal, as both doors do this or is there something i can do to amend/tweek this.
Dont stop me driving it tho, i just find that when everyone in a petrol station (Which at the mo is 4/5 times in 2 days
) looks at me i can never got it to open first go!!
Cheers.

Mine are much the same, particularly so if the car is at a bit of an angle (the wrong way).
Easiest solution is to drive it with the roof off then you can pull on the door sill, though this is from an evening/weekend user.......
If the roof is on then its really Jev's suggestion, or what about some aftermarket door handles? As they wouldn't be part of the locking mechanism then they wouldn't even have to be car ones.... B&Q kitchen department perhaps?

Hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm.........
Given me an idea that!!!
The suckers on a Sat Nav unit work off a lever, and are not very big!!
I only use a weekends as well so think the roof off from a style point of view will work better.
Just a thought as some one may have sortde it.
Cheers for replies.

So to take this to its natural conclusion........
Mount one sucker on elastic and place around your left knee (much like a one man band may do with his symbols), lean knee gently on door, press button under wing miror, step back from the car*, hey presto the Texaco audience are in awe......

- try to avoid any twanging backfire at this point.
