Saw a Ferrari 575 in a sort of "Aston martin green" - i assume this is rarest ferrari colour and 456 is also available in this colour?

In terms of rarity, presumably, the factory will do you any colour you want these days if you pay them enough???

Doesn't a certain Mr.Todt have a one-of-kind terminator-silver 599?

I've personally seen...

a 456 in non-metallic BRG green kind of colour that worked very well...

a matt black 550

Dark met. blue and white Enzos

a dark blue (again non-metallic, I believe) 360 coupe (possibly a CS!) with a dark tan interior. Very nice!

I've seen a British racing green Daytona in as showroom in Austria and it looked superb.

This repainted 'almond green' Daytona looks a little odd however.

...but certainly better than this 'Dark English Green' 355 Spider...

I believe that some 308s were available in a metallic chocolate colour in the late '70's - early '80's.
Not a colour i've seen on too many Ferraris since! Perhaps there are a few brown 400's on the road.

I think the flat paint suits the lines of the rear of that, not a fan of the wheels though.

ETA: PH seems cocked up tonight, but I was referring to the F, not the Lotus Lewis post.

I believe the rarest colour ferrari did in terms of total volume was "prugna".

they did a few 328's and a couple of 348's in that colour which was a sort of metallic prune colour (not the brown though, thats a different colour).

Steve McQueens 250 was brown I think.
