If you choose to use gloss materials on the inside Id recommend PUR binding to make sure they dont fall apart.

At that print run it would be litho - so I'd also recommend the page extent to be divisible by 16 or at least 3 16s and 1 8pp section. 4pp sections are quite costly.

Notch bound is also very strong - looks like perfect.
