Office relocation proj. managers?

Anyone here work as a pproject manager for office relocation projects?

I'm interested in working in that area, but not sure how to get into it.

It's a big change from what I do now (software development), but maybe not a huge jump from where I'm thinnig of heading (project management). I ran a couple of small business office moves but it was presumably smaller scale than the sort of contracts I'm seeing on jobserve etc.

I know a lot about networking, telecoms, VOIP etc and have a good grounding in "infrastructure" stuff like cabling, electrics.. just no idea where to start looking for work. Any pointers would be appreciated!

I run a small company doing exactly that with all the associated design and drawings etc. to go with it.
