Looks fine to me too.
Couldn't actually work out what people were complaining about. Perhaps some elaboration required?

Nice enough (decent "top level" information - but I'd like to be able to find out more) but:

Most of the TV's don't have prices on them and have no apparent way of buying them! (I could only find 2 that did, IIRC).

It looks more like a brochure than a transaction type website, if you see what I mean.

Aesthetically it's not bad at all. But it does look as if it's been designed by a designer with print exprience rather than web.

It is, however, missing many important things. Here are just a few:

Where does it actually say what you do?
Who are you - a credible company with its' own factory and logistics, or an anonymous bloke selling other companies' products out of a garage?
How can I contact you?

The products need prices, more detailed specifications, delivery terms, returns policy, how to order, etc.

Other info, such as testimonials, info on waterproof TVs in general, SEO, etc will also be beneficial.

At the moment, as a business website, the looks are all it has going for it. It has good potential though.

rolleyes

Anyone who cares about web standards and accessability, which should be everyone with a website.

The problem that hit me as soon as I looked at it was that all the text on the home page is done as images, not actual text. That means that Google can't read it, which means that you won't appear in a Google search.

The site looks good, but IMO needs more information on the tvs and needs to be rebuilt by a proper web designer i.e. someone who doesn't need to use Dreamweaver.

No need for the rolleyes mate and you might want to check your own site out before putting other people down. (don't bother checking mine as I really don't care about W3C)

Accesability yes, invalid CSS, XHTML, use of tables, use of dreamweaver is just plain web snobbery.

I can't picture what they look like from drawings. Have you got shots of them installed in bathrooms and around hot tubs?

I always also want to see prices but that is just me.

The non-compliant construction is serious enough, particularly if you've had it made by a professional outfit, which is what it looks like you have.

However, the lack of easily accessible contact and other info about you and your company is criminal, in my opinion. Site looks nice enough (although I'd agree that it looks like its been designed by a print designer) but there's no way of working out what kind of outfit you are, and that's a biiiig nono, particularly as it's not exactly hard to include!

I think you'll find it awfully hard to be properly accessible, and work in all forms of browser, whether that's a screen reader, or text-only browser, mobile, or other device, without being standards compliant.

Looks good to me, as a normal surfer and not a webgeek. But a line at the top telling me that you sell waterproof TVs would help me get a grip on it quicker, as it's not immediately obvious.
