I'm guessing you've got an older Cerb, instead of the later "wrap around" windscreen trim.
If so, mine had some ugly looking Grey polystyrene type foam down the gap between the window and the trim panel. It was starting to break away & ended up getting removed when the windscreen was recently replaced.

Sorry Ed, tried to respond to this yesterday & pressed "refresh" instead of "spell check" & couldn't be arsed typing it again 
I haven't bothered replacing the foam, the windscreen company was under the impression that TVR sold it, so you could try Dom at TVR Power. It's that stuff you see artificial plants stuck in
. I'm sure it's got other uses aswell, but that's where I've seen it before.
It looks a mess when it's in there, so I'm not bothering to replace it. To me the wind noise is just part of the "experience" like the exhaust note and the squealing breaks, that said I've got rid of the brakes noise
