...but this time actually using a car that's on the very preceding page in the PH ads listing! I mean it's not even the sort of car you'd fail to have noticed before if you were intent on buying one of these!

Ads haven't been individually vetted for some years now. I implemented a set of rules and filters to control them when I was dealing with 100 ads a day or so.
Volume has tripled since then and those rules need beefing up. There are some other measures in the pipeline which should have a very beneficial effect too.

If you look at the ad you'll note a "Report to Administrator" link at the top right, which does as it says on the tin.K
