Hey

Has anybody done this on a bike or have any information on doing this sort thing? i.e the training involved, the amount of miles and time duration of doing this kind of thing.

The aim may not necessarily be to do it in the quickest time possible.

and get an end to end pack it gives you a few different routes and a list of cycle friendly B&Bs and campsites.
Also check their own forum for touring imformation, they also do a few organised trips with luggage back up
