Does anyone know if these will fit in the back of the T350?

I would also be interested in adding similar speakers.

I dont think that theres many people that have upgraded the speakers judging the responses.

I feel like im in the naughty corner for wanting to listen to the stereo instead of the engine.............

Have you tried doing a search?
I know a few people on here have upgraded their head units to the Clarion unit. Carl Baker has also installed a few systems in the T350.

Why not take a speaker out and measure the depth. I would say they would fit.

Nope. No shame in wanting to hear the stereo.

But I haven't changed my speakers; at the moment I'm more likely to replace the head unit with an Alpine jobby (I so wish I hadn't left the previous one in the Chimp!).

Those speakers look pretty 'deep'. Measure first.

Im just about to put my alpine h/u in there to get rid of the standard Pioneer jobbie also.

This may be a numpty question but how do you get the rear speakers out?

If your T350 is old enough to have no speakers in the doors I'd look at that before upgrading the rears. I got some put in the front, bottom of the 'pocket' and this made a massive difference to sound quality. Especially when I have a pile of stuff in the back, as I often do.

Mines a late 2004 model - when did they start putting speakers in the front doors? I was just a bit worried about messing up the door cards and there doesnt seem to be enough depth in the door cards to get a decent speaker in there is there?

Mine is an '05 and she has speakers in the door panels. Cannot remember the make off-hand, but it is certainly possible.

If the speakers are the small ones in the door pocket area, they are made by NXT.

I have upgraded the rear speakers in my Tamora. I changed them with the Focal 8" jobies and have a two channel JL amp to power them and god does it sound good. £450 including fitting!

Guy who owned my Tam before me had upgraded rear speakers, Clarion head unit and front speakers fitted by Carl Baker. Fabulous sound, and the fitting of fronts into the doors a brilliant job.

Take off the mesh speaker cover and there should be 4 screws holding it in. Remove these and thats it
I bet those youve pictured are too deep

Just upgraded to 6x9 in the back of my Tam, but most impressive was the 160cm cpmponent set I squeezed into the front doors.

Had to make up some MDF and fible glass pods in the front doors, and have them re-trimmed, but its excellent.

Only got Vibe speakers and a 4x55W Alpine head unit but its fine.

Can at least now upgrade to something more mental in the future.

PS JM Focals are good - but Im sure you know that !
