Can I use Evostick for this or should I use something else because of the high temperatures. It's only just started to drop, but would like to sort it before it becomes a problem.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I used , no nails, I think its called, comes in the tubes from b&q.

Yes another vote here for No More Nails - not that you would consider using nails anyway.

Thanks guys, sounds like a good idea, hadn't thought of using No Nails on the car, will give it a try.

I stuck my heatshield proofing on with silicon. The type thats used on gas fire flues.
Don't know if this help is too late
