They say its going to have around 130bhp at the back wheel and can't be entered into any championship due to the capacity of the engine......

Does anyone think this BHP figure would be true?

My 996 is supposed to make around 125bhp at the back wheel, hope its a true figure as I'd love a test ride!

Don't most modern 600cc bikes have close to this bhp now so I would have thought the 848's figure would be credible.

If you check out Ducati's website they claim 134hp and 168kg, for the 1098R (1198cc) they claim 180hp and 165kg......

134 at the crank apparantly, so about 120 ish at the back wheel i would guess, wet clutch and comes in either white or red.
