Having nearly got to the end of my electric gremlins, I notice a rear tyre was a bit flat, took it down to to ATS to get it fixed, turns out there is a hairline crack on the inside edge of the rim which is leaking air, will take it to the local rally shop to see if it can be welded, if not and seeing as a 16 inch Estoril is like hens teeth, I wondered (again) about SP12s, they have been around a while now and i would imagine there must be a few Pistonheaders out there with them, how have you found them? As time is a little short (very late 07 wedding to do) is there any other "bolt on" solutions of the shelf? Also can I have a recomendation to get my steering rack serviced. Thanks as always.

Would certainly recommend the SP12s and you might get a discounted deal on rims and tyres right now too according to Nov Sprint smile

Of course what you realy need is to tell Father Christmas how much you need a set of the SP now. wink

Know thats a fine idea! Thanks guys. Do most people go for the 245 rear option? cant imagine 225s on the back of a Griff is going to help in the traction department. Also any ideas on a rack service, I fine the new search on here a bit poo.

OK, turns out the crack was just over applied powder coat from when the wheels were refurbed, bit of a bugger seing as I had convinced myself that SP12s were the way to go. May still go that way ans sell the Estorils, waiting for an email back from Silverstone regarding what sized rear tyres are included in their package.

Go for it, I have R888's on my old Estorils which I use for track days.
