Does anyone here know what happened to Mike Coughlan since being suspended earlier the year?

Has his Mclaren employment been terminated or not?

"Suspended" and "suspended on full pay" may not necessarily be the same thing. And even if "suspended on full pay" he might be on a "zero hour" contract.

Even if fully-paid, McLaren's position might be that this way they (a) keep him from talking to too many people, and (b) keep him from working for somebody else and (rightly believing he has nothing to lose) just disgorging everything he knows.
