Links not opening

On a few threads when I click on a link in a post it doesn't open. Even if I right click then 'open in new window' it still does nothing. Only seems to happen with PH and not with all threads. Current thread I tried is the Barclays one with the links in page 4 or 5.

Ok.. This thread is an example. Yesterday the links wouldn't open but today they do open. It seems fairly random.

Hmmm... Still can't get this to replicate anywhere so finding it hard to diagnose. Could be a style sheet problem or the page rendering wrongly on a one off occasion. Hard to tell without seeing it.

Right... After lots of trying I have just replicated this, and it looks to be linked to the adverts loading. The links in the page wont work until all the adverts have loaded, so if the page is still sitting waiting for a slow advert (usually at the top of the page) then the links don't work.

We are still getting the powers that be in charge of adverts to speed up how they are served, along with coming up with better implementation solutions for PH to speed up the pages before adverts are loaded.

Ahh. I'll keep an eye out for that. There must be a specific advert or style causing it as it hasn't happened since I started this thread.
