I am in desperate need of a pair of chimaera bonnet hinges.
Can't buy any - I've phoned all over, and after being told by a few breakers just to have them made as they are simple, I think that this is probably the best solution.
Main problem here is that i do not have 1 to copy - I bought the car damaged and the hinges are missing.
Could anyone send me a photo showing a hinge installed on a car. This will at least give me a starting point.

This would be a massive help

thanks
Ian

I'm not sure you would call them 'hinges' - a hinge device might be more apt wink Couple of rosejoints & threaded bar? The actual brackets that clamp to the body are just slatted plates with a 'nut' welded on that the rosejoint screws into IIRC.

I've just made some replacements in ally for the Cerbera and they are the same as the Chimaera.
Work out at £29.99 for the pair: includes brackets, rose joints, nuts and bolts, VAT and P&P to the UK.
I've PMed you with the details.

Could save you a lot of work.
