28000 miles on a 5 year old TVR seems reasonable. It has been used.

There aren't that many genuine Mk1 S's about. Lots of lookalikes though. I reckon that price is about right for a good sorted one.

Don't know the car personally, so this is only IMO (some already said):

Paint on targa roof is odd
Steering wheel is wrong
Wheels are very wrong
Mileage about right

Price-wise, not so far off. E.g.
http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/218065.htm

Lots of performance for the money. You might want Ingleby or Agger to check her over professionally, or maybe a 'friendly'* PHer with a Tuscan ?

Maybe, but remember the guy selling the car is not the first owner so it may not be true. Also would you accept a brand new car looking like that?
What would put me off is the way the advert after a brief description just turns into a promo advert for the tuscan S in general. Just IMO of course.
