Do ultima projects come around?

With SMALL budget is it possible to buy an unfinished ultima or are there any out there.Looked at another 6k unfinished cobra project saturday but cant get the ultima out of my head.Decided the cobras just dont do it for me and my budget is way off finished ultima car.Dont want to wait years to get my dream car.Any help appreciated cheers.

Yes they do but not often and you need to be in the right place at the right time.
