Should I fit Powerflex bushings ..... or not?
Discussion
I'm planning getting a few jobs done to the car over the winter months.
One of them is to see about replacing the suspension bushings.
The original rubber ones are looking a bit perished.
There seems to be a very clear YES / NO divide about the Powerflex bushings.
What do you all reckon about them?
Are they worth the cost / effort?

You'd have to be nuts not to fit the powerflex bushes imho. They're easier to fit, perform better, last longer, and should the need ever arise, will be much easier to replace if already fitted.
I'd be interested to know how long they last, I've fitted polyurethane bushes before (to other cars) and they didn't seem to last too well. Could've been an individual case, hence the question.Apparently the Cerbera isn't as hard on its bushes as the Rover V8 TVRs, due to the (relative...) lack of torque at low speeds.
As far as I know, my car is still on its original bushes and they seem ok to me after 128k miles, but I've probably just got used to the slackness
