Hello again guys,

Now I seem to have sorted my tyre problems, thanks to everyone who helped out on that, I have another question.

Does anyone out there have a copy of either a) an EU conformity certificate, or b) a UK type approval certificate for a 1995 Griffith 500 that I could have a photocopy or scan of?

To cut a long story short, to register my car in France I need to know the information contained therein to be able to fill out the French SVA forms. As the factory aren't in a position to provide a certificate at the moment (which would make registering a relative doddle), I wondered if anyone might have a copy for a similar car. Please feel free to cross out your chassis and engine number details for obvious reasons.

Thanks in advance

hi Chris,

I see you live in the Toulouse area; we are in the Lot/Dordogne (Souillac area). Might be nice to meet sometime.

Dear Byron,

How to I get to your e-mail address? Doesn't seem to be in your profile. Any help would be gratefully received. I should be going to collect the car in about 2 weeks time, currently fitting some Leven shiny bits, all the grubby stuff has been sorted already.

I'm based just outside of Toulouse if that helps, where are you based?

Cheers

Dear Gerjo,

Sounds like a great idea, any help on getting the TVR registered would be a great help, and besides I see you are in the hotel businessand I'm looking for partners in the region who might have clients interested in renting my Morgans. Please take a quick look at my website if you haven't already.

Cheers

Can't help you with the registration. I ran into the same problem when I thought about swapping my Griff for a Tuscan/Sag. Why don't you keep it on UK plates (mine is still on Dutch plates)?

See you do car (Morgan, no TVR's?) rental and tours. We offer our resort as a base for tours as well (see website) so maybe we can work together sometime. When you have your Griff here let's meet up, just for a beer if nothing else.

Gerjo,

Lets do that. I'll be in touch as soon as I have the Griff down here.
