TT door mirrors

Just received pair of Audi TT wing mirrors bought off e:bay for £22 (bargain I think)- now ready to start fitting to s2

Its taken me an hour to figure how to take the mirror off (I can handle good old British TVR engineering but this German stuff !!!)so that I can work out how to fit them.

Any help from someone who has already done this gratefully received. Also does anyone know the wiring required for the electrics, from what i can see one red wire and two white ones plus the heated glass connections.

Thanks Mick - I look forward to seeing how you approached it. Once started I will post some pictures of how I get on as there seems to be a lot of interest out there. Glad I bought mine on e:bay now sounds as if theres going to be a lot of competetive bidding !!!! Cheers John

Not sure about posting it all here (positioning photos in the text etc - all a bit much for me). I will put it into Word format and see if Pies wants to add it to his site.

Had a go at fitting TT mirrors today - quite pleased except my camera played up and most of photos were out of focus. Will have to make sure sorted before I do the other door
