Great shots.
1) is almost perfect, slight shame about the wing. But I'm sure that could be ammended with a bit of cropping/post-process.
2) Superb. I really like that.
3) Nice, but doesn't do anything for me.
4) Much better, sense of scale and a bit of landscape/scene with it.
5) Same as no 3.

Nice shots
2 and 4 in particular.
Personally, i'd process these files a bit more
1) I'd crop the wing out.
2) Love the composition of this. Probably boost the saturation of green + blue
4) This is really nice
I'd boost the saturation a bit.
For all the shots i'd boost the local contrast a bit, then detail sharpening after.
Would make the images really 'pop'
Cheers.

Thanks for the comments guys.. I haven't done any processing at all to these photos other than reduce the size for the forum.
Oh and don't panic - there was another pilot with me who was looking after the aircraft whilst I was snapping out of a very small hole in the window! Fortunate really as there was only 1000ft separation between us and a departing 747 at one point over Sanfrancisco International Airport!
I actually took about 80ish photos over the course of 4 hrs and they have all come out pretty well.
With regards to post processing - Im afraid I wouln't know where to start!
Edited to say - anyone care to spend a few minutes showing me what they 'could' look like with some post processing?
Cheers

Fantastic
Was just in SF a few weeks back.
I decided it's pretty difficult to get an original take on the GG Bridge - but it looks good from that angle. In fact they're all good.
(Course, they're no longer accurate. Apparently Alcatraz is swimming in an oil slick at the moment
Governor "I'll be back" Schwarzie has been a bit tied up down south and didn't get things rolling quick enough when some numpty rammed the Bay Bridge with an oil tanker......)
(Cropped, straightened a little, levels and curves tweaked slightly....)
