You want to look for the 24V version (204bhp instead of 177bhp for the 12V version, so much quicker). Mine was pretty much bullet-proof mechanically and had done nearly 200,000 miles when I sold it, but they do rust - often in hidden places like behind the sill covers or up inside the suspension turrets on in the front wheelarches.
The digital dashboards have a reputation for being a bit unreliable, too (though mine was fine), and must be getting difficult to find replacements for these days.
The limited slip diffs can wear and get noisy and the steering boxes need adjustment otherwise they get clunky on full lock.
Dampers and suspension bushes are likely to be tired, too.
They were a great car in their day, but they were never common and by now finding a good one will be tricky.
