Azusa Canyon and Lattigo Canyon.
California.
If you thought the peaks offered good biking and driving roads, try these.

A borrowed CBR1000 Honda and those 2 roads equalled just about 2-wheel Utopia.
Even the Provence roads i frequent cannot match those!
biggrin
Bike fans, try it!

If you pick the right ones, thankfully, your chances will be high.

The 600 bikers at The Rock Store last weekend, (look it up-it's an amazing place,) are amongst the best riders and friendliest people in the world, in my experience and i've been going to that place on a motor bike for 25 years.

Yeah, seriously though, America as it's often seen doesn't appeal to me on bit, but to do America via road trip, whether on a bike or in a car (a big comfy one) is something i've thought about for years, alas, pehaps when the kids get older they can come with.

The roads here are generally fantastic, the petrol dirt cheap, the food superb value, the cars and bikes really cheap-----many people under-estimate the USA, especially those into cars and bikes who don't realise just how good it is out here for their hobby.

Something like The Cat and Fiddle is, quite frankly, a cramped and busy car park, compared to something like the incredible Route 2 out of LA.
