Wanted : A really good web design company in east anglia

A friend of mine is looking for a top notch web design company to work on their company's B2B web site. The company is a large oragnisation with a turnover over about £50 million so they really want somebody who can translate their ideas into an effective web presence.

Do any of you have any personal recomendations of working with a good web design agency?
