Hypothetically speaking.

Bearing in mind the 4.5's seem to be able to realise 400bhp with a bit of work.

What would you buy ?

No two seater's, no left hand drive cars.

I was thinking along the lines of another car.

Taking into consideration....Individuality.....looks.....pace......sound.... I don't reckon there's much more out there on that kind of budget.

Totally agree! I've been looking for that next step, and everything I look at just doesn't work in comparison. Always a significant step backwards, unless you really want something seriously aftermarket tuned.

I could go for a Sagaris, Noble M400, maybe an Exige, that's about it though.

There still really is nothing to replace the cerb, that ticks as many boxes biggrin

Seriously, would probably go back to the old stuff like my old TVR 3000M or Rover P5B. I've not seen a new car for ages that I'd like to be seen getting out of, even the new Astons aren't as cool as say a DB4.

But for the stipulation it must be RHD I would strongly suggest the Dodge Viper GTS, nice indestructable V10 engine, Le Mans GT racing herritage, only down side is the interior is a bit on the dull side after a Cerb.

s5 is beautiful

gt3 handles better

355 Ferrari will be long term classic

noble better for track work

lightly used M5 just as fast and more practical (start at 42k)

Tough one.Outside of TVR,s then probably a Vette Z06,if you could get one below £40 grand used.Sensible choice would be a well sorted XKR with no limiter. But i might just be able to get a nice Ultima GTR.Out side of £40,000 then a Mosler.Or an Aston V8 Vantage.Oh i dont know...So many choices....
