American hoosier race 'dot' tires for a griffith?

I've got these Hoosier (bias ply) sportscar DOT tires under my '77 street/strip 570hp Vette and, in proper conditions, they are very stable/sticky and performant tires indeed, did any of you tried them on 16'(rear) and 15'(front)sizes?

I doubt it, there are certain tyres which are compatible with Tivs and I suspect these aren't.
