As the man himself might well have reported the story:

"Just LOOK at this MANIAC. Despite being THREE TIMES over the drink drive limit, he STILL got into his car and attempted to drive home. He only got his commupance when he CRASHED into a hedge and SMASHED into a telegraph pole. Some people will NEVER learn and are a POTENTIAL DANGER to ALL other road users."
